The Tri-City Herald has teamed up with Franklin County Historical Museum, East Benton County Historical Museum, Benton County Historical Museum, Washington State Railroads Historical Society Museum, CREHST Museum and you, our readers, again to publish the second volume of the "Tri-Cities Memories" collection. This heirloom-quality "keepsake" book will feature hundreds of nostalgic images of the rich history of the Tri-Cities during the 1940s, '50s & '60s.
